New 20ft standard shipping container, with large aluminium grey framed glazed French doors with fixed glazed panel either side allowing plenty of light into the unit. With internally mounted roller shutter door, operated with the flick of a switch to drop down over the glazing to add security when unit is not in use. Internally fully insulated with rockwool and plywood lined throughout. Sub surface mounted electrics including Lighting and sockets with a small kitchen area including sink, worktop, base unit, and hot water system. Painted externally dark green with the roller shutter also being powder coated to match. Container professionally delivered to site and placed into position with a HIAB crane.
