Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellations & Amendments  

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed or dispatched from our warehouse. 

Once an order has entered the packing or shipping stage, cancellations or amendments may no longer be possible. 

Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing and administration fee of up to 5% of the order value to cover banking and handling charges. 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items  

We take great care to ensure all products are checked before dispatch. However, if you  receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of  delivery. 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide: 

  • Your order number  
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue  
  • Details of the problem  

Please email all claims to:

Once reviewed, we will arrange either: 

  • A replacement item  
  • Collection and exchange  
  • Store credit  
  • Refund where applicable  

Returns Eligibility  

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition  
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible  • All parts, fittings, manuals, and accessories must be included  
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods  • Returns must be approved by us before being sent back  

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused. 

Return Shipping Costs  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless: 

  • The item supplied was incorrect  
  • The item arrived damaged  
  • The product is confirmed as faulty  

For heavy, oversized, or palletised container parts, collection charges may apply depending on the product and location. 

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. 

Non-Returnable Items  

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

  • Custom-made or special-order items  
  • Electrical components that have been installed or used  
  • Consumables and sealants  
  • Clearance or sale items  
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse  

Refunds  

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. 

Please note: 

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error 
  • Any applicable processing or restocking fees may be deducted from the refund  amount  

Delivery Delays & Missing Orders  

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the courier. 

For lost shipments confirmed by the carrier, we will arrange either: 

  • A replacement shipment  
  • A full refund
