1. The Promoter is Universal Containers Ltd, Wharfside Container Park, Irlam Wharf Road, Irlam, Manchester, M44 5FZ.
2. Eligibility. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who complete the Universal Containers Customer Survey and provide a valid email address for prize draw entry. Entrants must have access to the internet in order to enter. Employees of Universal Containers Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. If requested, entrants must provide proof that they have met the entry criteria; failure to do so may result in disqualification.
3. How to enter. Entry is free. Simply complete the survey and provide your email address in the section provided. No purchase is necessary to enter. There is a limit of one entry per person. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not meet these terms, or which the Promoter believes has not been made in good faith – including any attempt to tamper with the normal operation of the prize draw.
4. Closing date. The survey and prize draw will close on 30th September 2026. Entries received after this date will not be counted.
5. The prize. Four (4) winners will each receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred to another person. The prize is non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for a different prize; a winner may decline to accept the prize if they wish. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
6. Winner selection. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Notification. Winners will be notified by email, using the address provided at entry, within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Data use. Email addresses collected for prize draw entry are used solely to contact winners and are not linked to individual survey responses in the Promoter’s analysis of the survey data.
9. Liability. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in this prize draw, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the prize draw or these terms shall be dealt with exclusively by the English courts.
