New 20ft standard container conversion for Trafford council. This unit had to be small as the space was limited on site, however the client wanted a large open space internally to use as a office, but also required a W/C and small kitchen unit. So we managed to squeeze in at one end a small toilet with hand basin and water heater, and also next to it a small kitchenette with base unit and space under worktop for their fridge. This left approx. 16ft of the remaining container to us for an office. The unit was lined in melamine and insulated with rockwool, it has high level frosted windows as well as 2x 3ft square aluminium sliding window vinyl flooring throughout and full electrics including heating. We also removed the cargo doors and replaced it with an anti-vandal steel personnel door. The unit was finally painted RAL 6007 and delivered to site.
