This one trip, high cube container conversion was built for one of our most frequent customers who we do a number of projects for every year. This particular unit was converted for a company who needed a small workshop / store in the same open space. They also needed access from both ends of the unit for incoming materials to be worked on one end and completed projects coming out the other. Internally this unit was lined in multipro wall boards over Rockwool insulation, it had steel durbar flooring overlaying the existing container floor to give it extra solid support and making the floor non slip. This unit was to be shipped abroad so we insured all external work was completed within ISO dimensions, meaning it could still be shipped as a container on a vessel. As it was going into mainland Europe we used Euro Plug sockets as well as full LED lighting. The additional work carried out internally was the steel workbenches and 3 tier steel shelving to accommodate the customer’s storage needs. We also fitted large advertising Decals to the 2 20ft sides of the unit so the company’s name stood out for all to see.
