Double Stacked Office Block

Double stacked 40ft containerised offices built for an Adventure Playground in the midlands. To be used by the staff as a large office space / meeting room, based in the centre of the playground itself. Utilising two once tripped 40ft high cube containers, and a custom-built steel staircase with handrail system.

Fully kitted out to building regulations, including spray foam insulation in the walls ceiling and floor, overlaid in multipro boards and hard-wearing vinyl nonslip flooring. UPVC tilt and turn windows installed along with security steel shutters to help protect against any possible vandalism. Electrically fitted out with emergency lighting, fire alarm system, heating, double sockets, external security lights, all sub surface mounted. Containers painted in a hard-wearing container paint in a vibrant green colour. Finally, Universal went to site with a local Hiab crane company and assembled the structure for the customer.
