If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it.  After this period, your order may have already entered the preparation stage for dispatch,  and we may not be able to make changes. Please note that a 5% bank processing and  handling fee will apply to any cancellations. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect  item, please email us at sales@universal-containers.com with clear photos or video of the  issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or offer a credit towards your next order. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that are not defective but simply don’t  meet expectations. 

Returns & Refunds – Requirements 

To request a return or exchange, email sales@universal-containers.com with: – Your order number 

– Images or video showing the issue 

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return: 

– Unused, undamaged, and in original condition 

– Returned in original packaging with all labels 

– Returned within 14 days of receipt 

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

Return Shipping 

Please return items using a tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for untracked  returns. 

You’ll be responsible for return shipping if: 

– You ordered the incorrect item or size 

– The item is no longer wanted (must notify us within 7 days of receipt)

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If  approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. 

Please note: 

– Original shipping costs are non-refundable 

– A 5% bank handling fee will be deducted per refunded item 

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: 

– PPE items 

– Custom-fabricated or personalised parts 

– Clearance or final sale items 

Order Delays 

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at  sales@universal-containers.com. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
