20ft high cube container conversion for a regular customer of ours. They wanted a unit large enough to house gas cylinders and electrical components. This is the reason the unit required extra-large louvre vents. The unit also had the cargo doors removed and replaced with a manually operated roller shutter. We also fitted steel personnel doors with emergency push bar exit systems. The ceiling was treated with Graffotherm which is an anti-condensation prevention treatment. Next, the unit was painted inside and out in an anti-corrosive container paint. This client also wanted us to install a 3-phase electrical consumer unit to power or their electrical equipment.
