32ft Campsite Reception Unit

Anti-Vandal 32ft x 10ft cabin, created as a reception for a campsite in South Wales. Our client wanted a unit to use as a general reception for guests to check in, in addition to it being an information centre.

The client requested that the cabin be internally divided via a counter with a fold-up hatch so that one side would be reserved for staff, the other for guests. Additionally, we were asked to include a kitchen within the unit, solely for the comfort of staff members. This client also asked that we incorporate a W/C for guest use, which would be partitioned off from the rest of the unit with its own steel personnel door.

This unit was made from steel section framework and flat panel steel. It is also fully lined with MFC boards and insulated with Rockwool. Also, it has been fitted with electrics throughout, consisting of; lighting, heating, socket outlets and electric water heaters.

This cabin features 3 UPVC windows with steel security shutters and a UPVC patio door with an electric roller shutter, providing protection both at night, and over winter when the campsite is closed.

However, our client had one worry throughout this process- would everything fit in? So, to ease their minds, our Universal CAD team created a to scale drawing showing room sizes and floor space left over once everything had been moved into the unit. We happily offer this service for most projects if needed, just to reassure you of how the unit will look upon completion.
