Shipping Container Hydraulic Lifting Jack

The Hydraulic Lifting Jack Set is a heavy duty container mobility solution designed for safely lifting and repositioning loaded shipping containers. Engineered for strength, reliability, and ease of operation, this system provides controlled lifting and smooth maneuverability in demanding industrial environments.

Each unit features a powerful hydraulic lifting mechanism capable of lifting up to 3,000 kg (3 tons), with a lifting height of 120 mm to provide sufficient ground clearance during movement and positioning.

Constructed from high strength Q235B steel and finished in durable desert yellow paint, the frame structure is built for long term performance under heavy loads. The single wheel assembly incorporates an aluminum alloy core with a wear resistant polyurethane coating, delivering high cushioning, strong impact resistance, and excellent chemical resistance. The system performs reliably in operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to 65°C.

The product has undergone comprehensive real world load testing, including structural components, wheel integrity, welding strength, lock head performance, drawbar testing, and overall weight-bearing capacity. Testing confirmed stable performance under 8-ton load conditions, demonstrating exceptional durability and structural integrity.

An optional electric drive configuration is available for enhanced control and operational efficiency.

Each unit weighs approximately 54 kg, providing a balance of strength and manageable installation.
